PMG is pleased to announce that the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) will be attending the PMG Conference for a second time in 2017.  The Association exhibited with us for the first time in 2016 - at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham, when their Director of Public Affairs, Ray Hodgkinson MBE, presented the Aldersea Lecture about his career in healthcare. (Left to right above - Karim Uddin and Steve Perry of BHTA on their stand at PMG Conference 2016.  Photograph courtesy of Suzie Hunt).

The BHTA stand provided a great opportunity for exhibitors and BHTA members to talk to the team. It also helped increase awareness of the organisation amongst our delegates, highlighting the importance of professionals using BHTA member companies when selecting products for clients. The BHTA Code of Practice, which all BHTA members sign up to, demonstrates a company’s commitment to customer care; you can find out more about BHTA and their Code of Practice via www.bhta.net.

As part of our current focus on collaborating with other organisations in the field, we are very happy to welcome BHTA back to the PMG Conference 2017 at Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena, 17th - 19th July 2017. Like PMG, BHTA and their members understand the importance of training and education in providing the best outcome for clients requiring healthcare and assistive technology products. We would therefore encourage all attendees, whether from the private, public or charitable sector, to stop by the BHTA stand in July to find out more!

BHTA’s stand number will be announced in early 2017; it will be included on the Exhibition section of the website when available and in the Conference Book at the event itself.
