ADAPT Survey of Healthcare Professionals Knowledge, Experiences and Training Needs in Assistive Technology
22 February 2018
The ADAPT (‘Assistive Devices for empowering disAbled People through robotic Technologies’) Project team are seeking individuals and organisations who are using, or are aware of, Assistive Technology as part of their practice, to participate in an online survey.
The survey explores the knowledge, attitudes and training needs of health and social care professionals who work with Assistive Technology, and forms part of the wider ADAPT study, led by Prof Eleni Hatzimitriadou at Canterbury Christ Church University.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please click here to access the survey.
The survey has full ethical approval, participation is entirely voluntary, and participants can withdraw at any time. By completing the survey, respondents give their consent for participation, and for the data to be used for the purposes of this study. The survey answers will be confidential, will be written up in a final report, and may be used in academic publications.
The ADAPT Project team would be grateful if respondents would also consider forwarding these details and the survey link to other health and social care colleagues in the field of Assistive Technology, or specific individuals within their organisation who might be willing to complete it. The survey will remain open until end of March 2018.
