RESMaG Council to pursue integration with IPEM

The Rehabilitation Engineering Services Management Group (RESMaG) Council have confirmed that they plan to pursue integration with the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM). 

In a statement on the RESMaG website, Professor Colin Gibson, Chair of the RESMaG Council, confirmed the following:

“I am very pleased to report that it was unanimously decided at the RESMaG Council meeting on 18th January 2017 to pursue integration with the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM). Although the details of integration still need to be finalised, it is the strong feeling of the Council that integration with IPEM will better enable RESMaG to fulfil its role of promoting and supporting the Rehabilitation Engineering profession.”
