More wheelchair users in England offered personal health budgets

On 31st October 2019, the UK Parliament approved a law offering everyone eligible for an NHS wheelchair in England, and people who require aftercare services under section 117 of the Mental Health Act, access to a personal health budget from 2nd December 2019.
